1. Overview
At Eugène, we design our luggage with a focus on durability, precision, and refined craftsmanship. Each suitcase is created to accompany you on journeys around the world with reliability and style.
All Eugène suitcases are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
2. Warranty Coverage
The Eugène warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
If a defect covered by the warranty occurs, Eugène may, at its discretion:

Repair the product

Replace the defective component
-
Replace the product with the same or a comparable model
Covered components may include wheels, telescopic handles, TSA locks, structural frame defects, and other manufacturing faults.
3. What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by airline handling, normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents.
Examples of non-covered damage include:

Scratches, dents, or scuffs from regular travel

Cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality

Damage caused by improper use or storage

Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Damage to the contents inside the suitcase
Aluminum luggage may naturally develop marks, scratches, or dents over time. These are considered normal signs of travel and are not manufacturing defects.
4. Airline Damage
Damage caused during airline transport should be reported directly to the airline immediately after your flight and before leaving the airport baggage claim area.
Airlines typically require a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) to process luggage damage claims.
5. Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our support team and provide the following information:

Photos or videos showing the defect
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
6. Repair or Replacement
If a warranty claim is approved, Eugène may repair or replace the defective product or component.
Replacement products may be the same model or a comparable alternative if the original product is no longer available. In certain cases, customers may be responsible for shipping costs depending on their location.
7. Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase from eugenevoyage.com or an authorized retailer is required for all warranty claims.
